As a key member of the Marketing Department, this individual is responsible for planning, coordinating and writing requests for proposals (RFP’s), remain current on all proposal amendments, changes, modifications and corrections, maintain the Sales and RFP database, develop proposal templates and responses as well as provide direction on the development and integration of graphics and text changes throughout the production process. This position will liaise with a variety of technical staff, sales representatives and managers to develop materials from early concept through to finished proposal and delivery where meeting deadlines are critical. This position requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, disciplined work habits and effective multitasking.

As a key member of the Application Development Centre, this individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining all formal user documentation. The Technical Writer is also responsible for evaluating documentation requests and creating a relevant documentation plan in accordance with the departmental Style Guide and processes. This individual will also work directly with our product specialist/trainer to produce training materials as well as perform additional technical writing tasks as needed.

As a key member of the Application Development Centre, this individual will be responsible for designing and creating graphics to meet specific commercial, promotional and business development needs. The Graphic Artist/Web Developer will work with all departments using a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects, design and execute across multiple mediums for projects, collaborate with staff and clients to deliver engaging, creative, brand-building concepts and materials, for both existing and potential clients, develop conceptual ideas both individually and with teams, prepare detailed layouts and storyboards based on project specifications.

As a member of the Application Development Centre Department, this individual will be responsible for providing technical support in developing and maintaining database applications. Heavy focus on data conversion and data integration, create scripts for data maintenance or bug fixes. Review, analyze and document data and workflow processes. Good data analysis, application troubleshooting and writing skills are required.

The individual will also assist with administrative maintenance of relational databases including backup/recovery, schedule jobs, problem diagnosis and performance tuning. Implement data models and database designs. Assist in the resolution of database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. Assist with ad-hoc reports if needed.

As a key member of the Application Development Centre, this individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ongoing projects using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. The Project Manager is responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec. To this end, the Project Manager performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating all resources and stakeholders; setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project.
