Account Manager (Job Code: AM)
As a member of the Professional Services Department, this individual will be responsible for reporting to the Client Relations Director while managing and supporting a balanced group of new and existing clients. The individual will develop a complete understanding of Operitel’s full array of products and custom services in order to fully meet revenue goals for client implementations, guarantee residual revenue, and meet up selling targets.
The primary role for the Account Manager will be responsibility for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue; review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met; ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner; prepare contract renewals for existing clients; develop and manage delivery of software change requests; work closely with the project team members to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities with or related to the project; ensure all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met; aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business; communicate the clients’ goals and represent the clients’ interests to respective Operitel members; provide regular two way communication between clients’ and Operitel members to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations; ensure account details of each client are updated with current and relevant information; understand company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to clients’; provide regular input on all account activity, including status reports on a weekly basis to the Client Relations Director.

Bilingual Technical Support Representative (Job Code: BTSR)
As a member of the Client Care Department, this individual will be responsible for LearnFlex customer support enquiries. The individual will be responsible for providing resolutions to LearnFlex clients and to track their issue in our support manager forum, using their technical skills, including the ability to configure and effectively demonstrate new solutions that address client requirements and provide business value.
The individual will write knowledge base articles that address generic customer issues and provide ongoing customer feedback to their respective manager.
Fluency in French, both oral and written is a must. Knowledge of computer programming is an asset.

Ingénieur(e) bilingue de service à la clientèle (Français et Anglais) Référence: BTSR
Comme un membre du département du support à la clientèle, cet individu sera responsable des demandes des renseignements du support à la clientèle reliées à LearnFlex. L'individu sera responsable de fournir des résolutions aux clients de LearnFlex et faire le suivi de leurs demandes dans notre forum de gestion de support, utilisant leurs compétences techniques, incluant la capacité à configurer et efficacement démontrer de nouvelles solutions qui adressent les conditions des clients tout en fournissant une certaine valeur ajoutée.
L'individu fournira aux clients de l'expertise technique pour appliquer les solutions d'Operitel, le déploiement de résolutions et les problèmes de support apparentés avec les demandes de changement de configuration, produire de la documentation générique qui adressent les problèmes ou questions des clients et fournir une rétroaction continue à leur directeur respectif.
L’individu doit être à l'aise dans les deux langues officielles, en anglais et en français. De l'expérience en programmation informatique et en technique est un atout.

LearnFlex Configuration Specialist (Job Code: LFCS)
As a key member of the Professional Services Department, this individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing data entry software configuration tasks based on functional specification documents, perform 1st level verification testing on client configuration settings, perform 1st level verification on data import files, and run SQL data imports into various database tables.

Software Developer – (Job Code: DEV)
As a member of the Application Development Centre Department, this individual will be responsible for analyzing, planning and designing software based on solution requirements, identifying and analyzing functional issues, design alternatives, and ensure completeness and accuracy of all specifications through the solution source code.
The individual will also work with the project team to develop and implement test plans, and run the software through a diverse representation of test cases and scenarios while ensuring the software meets quality standards and that all functional features are implemented.
ASP.Net development experience is a MUST.

Software Quality Assurance Technician (Job Code: QAT)
As a member of the Quality Assurance Department, this individual will be responsible for developing test cases, test scripts, performing system, integration and user acceptance testing, document deficiencies, and work with configuration, integration, data and custom development teams to resolve issues.
The individual must be a strong team player that is able to lead when required and is experienced in working within a multi-disciplinary team, including design and development teams and technology partners.
